Qatar Exchange | Gulf Warehousing Company | Acquisition of a Subsidiary of GWC Q.P.S.C

 

We would like to inform you that  the process of the indirect acquisition by a subsidiary of GWC (GWC Chemicals LLC) to acquire Aerochem Logistics WLL took place and the final agreement was signed between the two parties, which amounted to 37.5 million Qatari riyals.
