QNB Group announces the results of the Extraordinary General Assembly Meetings was held on Tuesday, 17 April 2018 and all proposed amendments to the Bank’s Articles of Association were duly approved.As part of QNB Group’s continued drive to enhance its status as a global financial institution, the shareholders have approved the increase of non-Qatari ownership limit from 25% to 49% and also approved the increase of single ownership limit from 2% to 5%, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.To View the Proposed Amendments to QNB’s Articles of Association, click hear
