Faris Sweidan has more than 20 years of experience in Banking and Financial Services industry. Prior to joining Al Dar Shares and Bonds Company as the Finance Manager, Faris was the head of Finance and Operations at EFS Financial Service. He previously worked for 10 years with both Jordan Ahli Bank as a Dealer in the Treasury Department and Bank Audi as Section Head in Treasury Central Operations. Faris Sweidan holds a Bachelor Degree in Administrative Sciences with a major in Accounting from Yarmouk University.

Ayman Abu Sara is the Operations Manager and has more than 12 years of experience in UAE stock markets (DFM, ADX, and NASDAQ Dubai). Ayman is member of CISI institution and licensed by the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA). Ayman has performed many tasks in his professional career including Accounting, Broker Representative, Trading and Operations.
Ayman holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting from Yarmouk University and he is member of CFA institute.
