We would like to clarify that this company and the associated partnership were not operationalized between the concerned parties. Therefore, the termination of the partnership does not and will not entail any financial or administrative obligations on Techno Q. We remain committed to pursuing strategic opportunities that contribute to achieving sustainable growth goals and creating added value for our company and stakeholders.
