Qatar Exchange | Zad Holding Company | ZAD HOLDING: THE LISTING OF SHARES ISSUED FROM THE PROCUREMENT OF MEDA PROJECTS COMPANY

 

The Board of Directors of Zad Holding Company is pleased to inform the shareholders that the company has received the approval of Qatar Financial Markets Authority to list the shares issued by Zad for the acquisition of Meeda Projects (including the subsequent issue of bonus shares approved by the AGM held on 28 March 2018).The company will coordinate with the relevant authorities to complete the required process and accordingly list the shares with Qatar Stock Exchange.”
